A Love Story in Shanghai

I don't know if I'm in love with Giorgio Armani's ad or the male model. Haha. He is very attractive. So before we jump into how much I love the ad and product lets analyze who that MAN is! Anthony Thornburg, (handsome man in the glasses)  is Japanese/Swedish/Norwegian.  My theory about good looking kids are usually half caucasian and half asian! Ahhh very jealous. But yet again, that is just my taste. I've seen a lot of beautiful mixes; norwegian+thai, danish + thai,  french+vietnamese and german+filipino. In general, the mixed asians are very beautiful. Good genes.

Its rainy in Saigon and the pictures in black and white really reflect my mood. Somewhat gloomy but nice! I also have a penchant for advertisements that have a plot to it. A little love story never hurts :) I think that makes it more interesting, to find out what happens in the end then just flashing the actual product around. Definitely a smart way to get the audience's attention.

I will admit I am quite jealous of the girl in the ad! Haha, but I really would have liked to see Ly Bang Bang playing that girl's role. I think that would have brought a nice oriental touch to it, since the ad is shot in Shanghai, the male model is asian and the girl SHOULD BE ASIAN... What do you guys think? I'm not racist or anything. But I'm definitely patriotic about Asia. We need more Asian women in Western media!

I think Ly Bang Bang would have played an exceptional role of a lover! Who knows maybe next year Mr. Armani will be nice enough to include her.
